This is because when the temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the gasification of water in the oil increases, the solubility of the oil increases, and the possibility of suspended water is relatively small. The water is basically in a dissolved state, and the effect of dissolved water on the breakdown voltage of the oil is very small. However, when the temperature is below 60 ℃, there is more water in the suspended state in the oil. Therefore, the test of three-phase transformer oil oil samples should be carried out at room temperature. When heating the filter oil, the oil temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.
When the purity of transformer oil is high, improving the uniformity of electric field can significantly increase the power frequency breakdown voltage. However, in the oil with poor quality, the electric field has been distorted due to the accumulation and arrangement of impurities, and the benefits brought by the uniformity of electric field are not significant. When oil containing impurities is subjected to impulse voltage, improving the uniformity of the electric field can also increase its breakdown voltage because impurities cannot form a small bridge in time.
There are many unstable phenomena in the cost of transformer oil, especially the nature of transformer oil itself determines that it is relatively volatile and unstable. In addition, the quality of transformer oil cannot be guaranteed because the transformer factory cheats on work and materials.
