Preparations for oil immersed transformer installation:
1. Man hour quota: (according to the national quota standard) 21 comprehensive working days are required for the installation itself. Basic contents of the work: unpacking inspection, self in place, inspection of the body, cleaning of waterproof casing, oil conservator and heat pipe radiator, oil column test, installation of accessories, fabrication and installation of cushion block and wheel stopper, filling column and overall sealing test after installation, grounding device, painting, etc. Whether the transformer needs to be dry during the installation process shall be determined after regular inspection and judgment. It must be dry. When the iron loss drying method is used to dry, the working day is 20 days, and the working day for oil filtration is 3.38 working days/ton. Adjustment needs to be measured in man days.
2. Layout of oil immersed transformer installation site: the maintenance and assembly work of power engineering transformers is better carried out in the maintenance room. If there is no maintenance room, a temporary installation site should be selected. It is better to choose around the premise platform of the transformer to make the transformer in place. It can also be installed nearby on the basic platform. Outdoor tents should be available on the spot. The temporary installation site needs convenient transportation, flat road, sufficient overall width, solid, flat and dry road surface, avoiding smoke windows and cooling towers, and the distance from the surrounding buildings must meet the fire protection standards.
3. Specific safety precautions: ① Avoid personal safety electric shock accidents and falls. ② Avoid insulation overheating. ③ Avoid fire accidents. ④ Avoid something floating to the oil tank. ⑤ Avoid damage to accessories. ⑥ Avoid transformer tipping.
4. Formulate engineering measures: ① Prevent the transformer core from moisture regain. ② How to control one part of each connection to touch well. ③ The sealing performance of each part shall be excellent, without oil leakage. ④ How to control transformer insulation and oil insulation.
5、 Basic process of oil immersed transformer installation: ① preliminary preparation (special tools, raw materials, machinery and equipment, engineering drawings) ② insulation detection and resolution (usually electromagnetic coils and iron cores) ③ accessories inspection (should be complete and intact) ④ hanging core inspection (to avoid moisture and special tools, parts, etc. falling into the oil tank) ⑤ accessories installation (appearance inspection, accurate insulation measurement and strict experiment) ⑥ ⑦ Handover test ⑧ Test run in the end work.
6. Organizational division of personnel: ① installation commander in chief and project leader ② full-time safety officer ③ oil filter group ④ lifting and transportation personnel ⑤ experimental personnel ⑥ installation personnel.
7. Regulations on transformer room: ① Class I fire safety ② Good natural ventilation ③ Sufficient spacing ④ The basic platform shall be firm ⑤ The lifting equipment shall be complete.
