Electric Desalting Transformer Structure and Explosion-proof Design
-Flameproof Enclosure: The transformer features a top-open cover explosion-proof structure constructed from high-strength steel. The enclosure is equipped with corrugated steel plates on the sides for optimized heat dissipation and a thickened bottom plate for structural integrity.
-Explosion-proof Rating: Strictly compliant with Ex ec oc IIC T5 Gc standards, this equipment is suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas, ensuring safe operation in environments with potentially explosive gases.
-Lifting and Grounding: The box shell is equipped with four large lifting lugs for overall lifting. Both ends of the enclosure are welded with grounding bolts and clear grounding marks to ensure secure external grounding connections.

Insulation and Internal Assembly
-Core Assembly: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets using a multi-step fully inclined three-joint laminated structure to significantly reduce no-load loss and noise. The core surface is coated with high-temperature anti-rust and moisture-proof paint.
-Coil Insulation: High and low voltage coils are wound with oxygen-free copper wire wrapped in Class C insulation (such as Nomex paper). The dielectric constant of the insulation material is optimized to ensure a uniform electric field and minimal partial discharge.
-Thermal Protection: Integrated high-precision temperature sensors (e.g., PT100 platinum resistors) monitor internal heat. When the temperature exceeds safety thresholds, an over-temperature signal is triggered for system-wide protection.
