Recently, before the customer's own reasons failed to deliver a batch of 145kva three-phase oil-immersed transformer finally shipped, Hengfengyou did not investigate the responsibility of the backlog of goods, this customer is deeply grateful.
Problem handling - over load in transformer operation
The overload capacity of a transformer refers to the maximum capacity it can output in a short time. All transformers are allowed to have different degrees of accident overload and normal overload according to their operating conditions. Normal overload can be used frequently, while the capacity for accident overload is only allowed in case of accident. Under special circumstances, if one of the transformers in operation fails to run, or if there is no spare transformer, the transformer in operation is allowed to overload accidentally.
If the maximum load of the standard (average) load curve in summer (June, July, August) is lower than the rated capacity of the transformer, the over-load rate of the transformer is allowed in winter (November, 12, January, February) : 1% per underload in summer, 1% over load in winter, but the maximum shall not exceed 15%.
